• Our mission is to be your advocate through life, helping you leave a legacy and have peace of mind.

Your initial estate planning consultation is free.

Estate Planning done well can impact a family for generations to come. We value the opportunity to guide you and your family through the important and sometimes complex process of estate planning, asset protection, and the administration of trusts and estates.

We are united by a relentless dedication to our clients and a commitment to providing comprehensive and goal-oriented advice. We approach each case with a thorough understanding of our client’s objectives, and we focus on building creative and strategic solutions. At Legacy Law Group, PC, we are committed to accessibility, responsiveness, cost-effectiveness and professionalism.

We help you plan, protect, and leave a legacy.

Estate planning is simply being prepared for what life throws at us. It isn’t just for the wealthy or people with large families. Estate Planning has tremendous benefits for everyone. It can be as simple as a basic will or trust, or a complex estate involving tax planning and comprehensive trusts. It all depends on your situation and what you want to accomplish. After all, it is your plan. The key is to get started, and we would love to help.

Our clients are entrepreneurs (often serial), physicians, corporate executives, business owners, real estate investors, artists and entertainers who want simple solutions to protect the assets they have worked to accumulate over their lifetimes. A thoughtful, carefully tailored asset protection plan can offer significant peace of mind.

Unlike other legal practice areas, “Elder Law” is defined by the client it serves, rather than the area of law. Elder Law includes the practice of counseling and representing mature persons, their representatives, and their families about the legal aspects of estate planning, health and long-term care planning, public benefits, surrogate decision-making, capacity, conservation, and the disposition and administration of estates.

When someone passes away, a significant burden often falls to family and friends left behind to deal with their trust or estate. It can be difficult to get the legal process of administering the estate started and eventually behind them. These individuals need someone they can trust to help guide and protect them through the process. This is where we can help. We come along side to help make things as simple as possible, and help get it done.
